That sounds odd.
I just check on my iPhone 7 and I can access device info.
I suggest your logout of app, set flight mode on and off, login to app and try again.

Good afternoon, Maria.The fact of the matter is that I am under my account.And I see this menu item: "Device Information", but when I try to enter it, it gives me the previously indicated "error 0".When I enter my wife’s phone under her account, I don’t see this item at all.What could be the problem and what are your recommendations.Thank!!!-Evgeny Grin

Hi,
Lock is connected to my account, so if you login with this user name, you should be able to access settings.

In the application on the phone I try to view the device / system / device information section, the application gives the error "danalock.errorResponse, error 0". I can't check if my device really matches what I bought. What can be done to get rid of this error. Thank!!!
